Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be exempt from returns (e.g. perishable goods, digital products, personalised items). These will be clearly marked on the product page.
